As the Front of house Supervisor, it is your role to support the management team in the day to day running of the business. You will be on hand to assist the front of house team in delivering a fun but professional service by offering the necessary guidance and support when needed. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing an excellent guest experience in our bar and casual dining restaurant. The ideal candidate will have some experience in the food and beverage industry, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing a positive guest experience. You will revel in the art of problem solving and accept the daily challenges that a fine Country pub has to offer. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about the food and beverage industry and wanting to take their first steps into a leadership role.
